If there is a philosophy of my works, it would be something to the effect that when one sculpts... one is trying to bring “spirit” into a representation in “matter” through one’s own will, directed by intellect. I think the value of a work is to what degree that piece is able to “feel alive” to the viewer. In the hopes that I have achieved this, I bring my work to you.
